with Organic Balsamic
Preheat grill or cast iron skillet to med-high heat.
In small bowl, marinate onions at least 1 hour in balsamic. Onions will turn purple/red.
In bowl combine ground beef, ground turkey, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper. Form into 12 small patties. Set aside.
In small bowl combine goat cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Set aside.
Grill patties until golden and cooked through, 3 minutes per side. Toast buns on grill 15 seconds. Spread tops of bun with goat cheese mixture, add cooked patties, onions, avocado and spinach. (Optional – sauté onions, add tomatoes.)
