Cold Tortellini Salad with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil & Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
Ingredients:
- Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
- Tortellini
- Pepperoni or ham, diced
- Provolone, shredded or chopped
- Black Olives
- Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- English cucumber, chopped
- Pepperoncini Peppers, sliced
- Salt & Pepper, to taste (try our Smashed Peppercorn blend)
Directions:
In small bowl, whisk together oil & vinegar, set aside.
Lightly salt large pot of water and bring to boil. Cook tortellini, drain, and rinse with cold water until completely cooled. Transfer to large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drizzle dressing, salt & pepper over top and toss to combine.
