Spicy Honey Vinaigrette
A perfect fall flavour dressing for coleslaw and salmon.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Serrano Honey Vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh peeled ginger, chopped
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp salt (try our Flor de Sal)
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
Directions:
Place first 8 ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. While on low speed, gradually drizzle in oil until emulsified. Refrigerate in a sealed container.
