On Tap Oil & Vinegar Ricotta & Herb Dip with Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil

In food processor, purée ricotta, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic and Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil until smooth. Scrape into medium bowl, stir in herbs and generously season with salt and pepper.

Brush baguettes with Butter infused olive oil. Grill over moderately high heat, turning once until lightly charred, 3 minutes.

Top dip with pepper flakes and a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Can be served with baguette, or grilled veggies..
