Portuguese Fish Stew

On Tap Oil & Vinegar Portuguese Fish Stew
with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Heat 2 Tbsp oil in medium saucepan over medium-high. Sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Season with paprika, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and white wine, cover and cook vegetables until soft.

Reduce heat and add water. Season fish with salt and pepper, then nestle pieces among vegetables. Cover and simmer until fish is cooked, 5-7 mins.

Divide stew among bowls. Drizzle with remaining oil and sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve over rice or with toasted bread.
