Piri Piri Chicken

On Tap Oil & Vinegar Piri Piri Chicken with Garlic or Cayenne Olive Oil & Piri Piri Spice Blend

Slather chicken pieces in marinade. Cover or place in a ziploc bag. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

Remove from fridge and let rest 15 minutes while preheating BBQ (or oven to 450°F). Place chicken on foil lined baking try and put on upper rack of oven 30-45 mins until cooked through. Or, grill directly on BBQ.

Serve with potato wedges and corn on the cob or grilled veggies. Garnish with lime wedges & cilantro.
