Piri Piri Chicken Burger

On Tap Oil & Vinegar Piri Piri Chicken Burger with Garlic Olive Oil & Piri Piri Spice

Blend all Piri Piri sauce ingredients until smooth. Pour 1/2 cup into ziploc bag with chicken to marinate 3 hours or overnight.

Prepare condiment sauce by mixing all ingredients together, set aside.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss all potato wedges ingredients together in a bowl and spread onto foil lined baking tray. Bake 40-50 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping wedges halfway through. Meanwhile, heat oil in pan and cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Alternatively, brush with oil and grill on BBQ.

To assemble: place burgers on bun and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato and slather with burger condiment. Serve potato wedges with extra condiment sauce for dipping.
