Quick Homemade Pico de Gallo
Quick and easy.
with Lime Olive Oil & Key Lime White Balsamic
Recipe can easily be doubled (or more) for larger servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup onion, diced (red or yellow)
- 1 Tbsp pickled jalapenos, diced
- 3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Key Lime White Balsamic
- 1/2 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp pickled jalapeno juice
Directions:
Place all items in a bowl and stir to combine.
Serve immediately with chips for an easy appetizer or as a topping for chicken, rice, or fish.
