Peppery-Parmesan Vinaigrette
A little creamy, a little cheesy, a little peppery. A lot delicious!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Champagne Wine Vinegar
- salt to taste (try our Flor de Sal)
- 2-3 Tbsp Greek yogurt (sour cream or mayonnaise works as well)
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper (try our Smokehouse Peppercorn blend)
- 1 Tbsp fresh grated Parmesan
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients (except olive oil) together. Gradually whisk in olive oil, beating continuously. Serve over mixed greens. Would also be delicious poured over freshly roasted veggies!
