Peanut Sauce

Try this twist on a classic dipping sauce for Vietnamese Salad rolls... Delicious as a dressing for Thai or Vietnamese inspired dishes. Perfect for salads with rice noodles, tofu, or chicken.

Ingredients:

• 1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
• 3 Tbsp soy sauce
• 4 Tbsp water
• 1 Tbsp Toasted Japanese Sesame Oil
• 3 Tbsp Maple Balsamic
• crushed or chopped peanuts - optional

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Stir/mash peanut butter into other ingredients until smooth. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
