Peach White Balsamic Bellini
Delightful.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Peach White Balsamic
- 1 lb ripe peaches (peeled & sliced) or 16 oz bag frozen peaches, defrosted
- 1 bottle chilled Prosecco or other sparkling white wine
- A spring of mint or fresh raspberries for garnish
Directions:
Purée Peach White Balsamic and fresh/frozen peaches in blender until smooth. Pour mixture in champagne flutes until half full. Top glasses with Prosecco. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves. Enjoy!
