Neapolitan Herb Chicken

with Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Neapolitan Balsamic On Tap Oil & Vinegar Neapolitan Herb Chicken

In a bowl, whisk together balsamic, mustard, garlic, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

In gallon size Ziploc bag, combine balsamic mixture and chicken. Marinate at least 1 hour or overnight, turning bag occasionally.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil baking sheet. Remove chicken from marinade and place on sheet. Roast chicken in oven until completely cooked through.

Serve hot over rice or vegetables. Garnish with parsley or green onion, if desired.
