Herbs de Provence Hummus
with Herbs de Provence Olive & Japanese Toasted Sesame Oils
Ingredients:
- 2 - 15 oz cans Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas), drained
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
- 2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve and drizzle with fresh olive oil, if desired.
