On Tap Oil & Vinegar Hollandaise Sauce with Butter Olive Oil

Add egg yolks, lemon juice, seasonings, and 1 Tbsp scalding hot water to blender or food processor and pulse to combine.

With machine running continuously, slowly drizzle oil in a thin stream until mixture emulsifies.

Adjust seasoning with additional salt and/or pepper and serve immediately.
