with Sage & Butter Olive Oils
Heat oils in large skillet on medium heat until hot but not smoking. Add mushrooms, garlic, and sauté 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
Sprinkle mushrooms with a little salt and cover with lid. Continue cooking another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove lid after mushrooms have released their moisture and sauté another 3-5 minutes on medium-high heat.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
