French Dressing
Use on salad, chicken, as a sandwich spread or roasted veggies.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Champagne Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp shallot, diced
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt, ground pepper (to taste - try our Smashed Peppercorn blend)
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Using a blender or food processor, combine first 5 ingredients (except olive oil). Gradually whisk in olive oil, blending continuously.
