Grated Asiago & Cracked Pepper Popcorn
with Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
In large bowl, drizzle 1/3 cup oil over sides and bottom of bowl. (Or, use an oil mister to spray oil onto popcorn.)
Add warm popcorn to bowl and toss to coat evenly. Add 1/2 cup grated Asiago, fresh cracked pepper, and salt to taste. Toss to coat again. Finish by drizzling remaining oil and cheese over top and more black pepper.
