Elderflower-Lemon Olive Oil Cake
with Lemon Olive Oil & Elderflower White Balsamic
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg white
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 3/4 cup Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Elderflower White Balsamic
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for dusting
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. On medium speed, mix sugar and eggs until fluffy. Gradually add oil, lemon zest, balsamic, and milk. Sift flour in separate container, add salt and baking powder and set aside. Fold wet and dry ingredients together to combine. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
