If you have a dog and want to know what's in the treats, try these dog biscuits!
Preheat oven to 300°F. Lightly grease a couple of baking sheets or line with parchment. Mix together rice flour, oats, mint, dried milk, and sea salt. Add eggs and peanut butter, stirring to combine - mixture will be crumbly. Add enough water to bring dough together.
To make biscuits using dog-bone cookie cutter: roll dough 1/4" thick, cut with shape. Gather, re-roll scraps and continue to cut biscuits until dough is gone.
To make dog cookies: drop dough in walnut-sized balls onto prepared baking sheets. Flatten to 1/4".
Bake biscuits about 40-60 minutes, baking smaller cookies for shorter amount of time. When finished, biscuits will be dark golden brown, dry, and crisp all throughout. Remove biscuits from oven and cool on pans.
Yield: about 42 larger (3 1/2" dog-bone) biscuits, 60 smaller (round) biscuits.
