Toss chickpeas in Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil and salt. Spread on 2 baking sheets and roast at 400°F until crispy, about 40 minuntes.
In skillet heat Cayenne Olive Oil, lemon zest and dried oregano over low heat, about 1 minute. Toss with chickpeas, season with salt.
