On Tap Oil & Vinegar Spicy Crab Egg Scramble with Baklouti Green Chili & Garlic Olive Oils

Mix flaked crab meat with cheese and season with salt and pepper. Lightly beat eggs in separate bowl, add water and season with salt.

Heat oils in skillet on medium, pour in eggs. Add crab and cheese just as eggs begin to set. Pour on whipping cream while eggs are still liquid. Fold egg over so top cooks until golden brown.

Serve warm.
