with Dark Chocolate Balsamic
In large saucepan over medium heat, cook cherries, cinnamon stick, sugar and corn starch until sugar starts to melt, about 1 min. Add wine and Dark Chocolate Balsamic. Bring mixture to boil and cook until wine & balsamic has reduced and is slightly thickened, about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat, remove cinnamon stick. Scoop vanilla ice cream into bowls and top with warm cherries, wine and chocolate balsamic sauce.
