with Chipotle Olive Oil & Serrano Honey Vinegar
Combine salt, vinegar, garlic, and pepper. Slowly whisk in oil. Place steaks in Zip-lock bag or in single layer in non-reactive pan. Pour marinade over and massage into steaks. Cover and refrigerate 2-6 hours.
Prepare medium charcoal or gas grill and cook to desired doneness. Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving.
