with Mushroom & Sage Fries
with Chipotle Olive Oil, Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil and Pineapple White Balsamic
Combine all marinade ingredients by whisking together in a bowl or blender. Evenly coat tri-tip or protein of choice and marinate in fridge 6-8 hrs. Grill or bake.
Cut potatoes into wedges or fries. Pour olive oil in large bowl. Toss potatoes liberally to coat in oil and arrange on foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper, to taste.
Bake 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. If adding cheese - sprinkle and bake until melted.
