Lemon Garlic Chilean Sea Bass

On Tap Oil & Vinegar Lemon Garlic Chilean Sea Bass
with Garlic, Lemon & Butter Olive Oils

Let fish sit at room temperature 20-30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry to remove extra moisture and salt both sides. In sauce pan over medium heat, add oils. Cook fish about 4 minutes per side. Garnish with chopped scallions. Serve over rice or salad.
