On Tap Oil & Vinegar Chia, Blueberry, & EVOO Smoothie

Directions:

Soak chia seeds in balsamic at least 20 minutes prior to making recipe. Add soaked chia seeds, olive oil and banana to blender and blend to a smooth consistency. Add baby kale and frozen blueberries to blender and process until completely smooth.

Makes 2 generous portions or 4 smaller servings.
