On Tap Oil & Vinegar Caesar Salad Dressing With Garlic Infused Olive Oil

Combine egg yolk, lemon juice, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in blender or food processor. Pulse to combine. With processor running, slowly drizzle in garlic olive oil until smooth emulsion forms. Season generously to taste with salt and pepper.
