Bacon Bonanza Dressing
Cause we all know that bacon makes everything better!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste (try our Smokehouse Peppercorns)
- 1/3-1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (try our Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil)
- 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp chives, chopped
Directions:
Whisk together red wine vinegar & mustard. Gradually whisk in olive oil, blending continuously to emulsify. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in last 3 ingredients.
