Avocado Crema
Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Juice from 2 limes (~3-4 Tbsp)
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Black pepper
- * Optional - add 1/2 tsp Baklouti Olive Oil for some zing
Directions:
Place avocado, yogurt, oil, and lime juice in blender. Process until completely smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Cover and refrigerate until use.
Great with grilled chicken or fish.
