Asian Vinaigrette
A wonderful dressing for coleslaw, chicken, or shrimp.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger, peeled & grated
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 3 Tbsp Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil
- 3 Tbsp mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Whisk together first 5 ingredients. Continue whisking while drizzling in oils until emulsified. Top salad greens or cabbage slaw with raw crumbled ramen or sesame seeds.
