Tofu Marinade

On Tap Oil & Vinegar Tofu Marinade
A spicy marinade! Tweak to your liking with your favourite oil/vinegar combo.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Combine all liquid ingredients in medium bowl. Stir to combine. Cut tofu into slices or cubes, soak in marinade for 30 minutes, or dip into marinade right before cooking. Sauté in pan on medium heat 15-20 minutes. Flip tofu until both sides are brown.

Add to salads, stir frys, one-pot wonders, or as a side.
