Sweet & Sour Chicken

On Tap Oil & Vinegar Sweet & Sour Chicken with Garlic Olive Oil & Pinot Noir Wine Vinegar

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, vinegar, sriracha, and cornstarch until everything is well incorporated. Cook in saucepan 5 minutes over medium heat, set aside.

Wash chicken and dry completely with towel. In frying pan, add oil and cook chicken over medium high heat 10 minutes or until all sides are browned. Place chicken on foil covered baking sheet. Add sweet and sour sauce and brush to coat evenly. Bake uncovered in oven 10-15 minutes so sauce will caramelize.

Serve hot over rice or with veggies.
