On Tap Oil & Vinegar Pumpkin, Spice & Bourbon Bread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Grease and flour two 8" x4" pans. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sift flour together with dry ingredients in bowl.

In sauce pan, heat bourbon and brown sugar together until sugar dissolves, set aside and let cool.

Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar together in large bowl. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture and beat well. Stir in pumpkin puree, cooled bourbon/brown sugar syrup and nuts (if using) until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake on center rack 45 minutes, or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack 20 minutes. Remove bread from pan, and cool completely.

Coat bottom of baking pan with 1/3 cup oil and sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Place cinnamon roll slices close together in pan and let rise until dough is doubled, about 45 minutes. Bake about 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
