Olive Oil Croutons

with Mushroom-Sage Olive Oil

On Tap Oil & Vinegar Croutons These homemade croutons will be a hit to top off a fabulous dinner salad and they're a great way to use up just about any type of leftover bread.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut bread into 1" cubes. Don't remove crust, it adds texture.

In large bowl, toss bread cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. When bread is evenly coated, place cubes on rimmed baking sheet on middle oven rack.

Bake 35 minutes, stirring several times to ensure even browning.
