Olive Oil Biscuits

with Tuscan Herb & Extra Virgin Olive Oils

Preheat oven to 450°F.

In large bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add oils and knead until mix feels like crumbs.

Mix yogurt and milk in small bowl. Add to flour and mix slowly with a spoon until everything is incorporated. If too dry, add a bit of milk. Dough will be sticky and soft.

Add some flour to hands and surface of cutting board or counter and roll to shape dough in a ball. Spread out on a surface and fold a couple of times. Pat out so thickness is about 1". Using round cookie cutter or small glass, cut in 2-2 1/2 inch circles.

Place on baking pan, slightly touching, and bake about 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
