Foil Packet Grilled Veggies

On Tap Oil & Vinegar Grilled Veggies
with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

If using veggies that take slightly longer to cook such as potatoes & carrots, use a separate foil packet.

Preheat BBQ to medium.

Place chopped veggies in large bowl. Drizzle with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and a generous pinch of salt & pepper. Toss lightly to combine. Pour into center of a large piece of foil. Bring long edges together above veggies and roll down so you have one long log. Roll sides up to seal. Place roll side down on second piece of foil & repeat. This allows you to flip foil packet without oil dripping out.

If doing potatoes, start these first, they take approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour. Other veggies take about 30 minutes. Flip foil packets over every 10-15 minutes or so. Rotating multiple foil packets from front to back can help as back of grill is typically hotter than front.

Use caution when opening packets due to VERY hot steam.
