On Tap Oil & Vinegar Honey Lemon Ginger Chicken Wings

Preheat broiler and set rack in center of oven. In large bowl, toss chicken wings with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange wings on wire rack set over large sturdy baking sheet. Broil 45-50 minutes, turning once or twice, until wings are cooked through and crisp.

Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine balsamics and Cayenne Olive Oil and simmer 1-2 minutes. Let cool, then whisk in soy sauce.

In large bowl, carefully toss chicken wings with balsamic mixture. Transfer to platter, sprinkle with scallions and serve.
