Garlic and Herb Olive Oil Dip

On Tap Oil & Vinegar Garlic and Herb Olive Oil Dip
with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients:

Directions:

Finely mince garlic and capers. Add to a bowl along with oregano, rosemary, thyme and grated cheese. Season with small pinch salt and pepper. Use back of spoon to press onto herbs to blend into garlic and capers.

Place garlic-herb mixture onto dipping plate. Drizzle olive oil on top. Serve with cubes of bread.
