On Tap Oil & Vinegar Fried Green Tomatoes

Slice green tomatoes 1/2 inch thick. In a bowl, whisk together flour and salt. In separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk. In third bowl, place panko. Mix oils in frying pan and turn heat to medium-high. Dredge each tomato slice in flour, then egg mixture, then Panko. Fry, turning until golden, 3-4 minutes. Serve with Ranch or your choice of dip.
