Citrus Baked Chicken Wings

with Blood Orange & Cilantro Roasted Onion Olive Oils

Preheat oven to 450°F.

In baking dish, coat chicken wings with oils. In small bowl, whisk together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder (or paprika). Sprinkle seasoning mixture over both sides of chicken wings and rub in with hands.

Place chicken wings side by side, making sure there is no overlap. Bake 15-20 minutes, until juices are clear or meat thermometer reads 160-170°. Cover with foil and allow to rest 5-10 minutes while juices settle before serving.
