On Tap Oil & Vinegar Caramelized Pork Tenderloin with Baklouti Green Chili & Extra Virgin Olive Oils & Lavender Balsamic

Caramelized Pork Tenderloin

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine salt and paprika in small bowl. Rub entire mixture on pork and wrap with bacon stripes. Secure sides with toothpicks.

In large skillet heat oils over medium high heat, place tenderloin in skillet and let the sides sear.

In small bowl combine balsamic, honey, and mustard. Generously brush over top of tenderloin. Cook in skillet 10-15 minutes while Balsamic mixture caramelizes.

Transfer tenderloin onto foil covered baking sheet, wrap with aluminum foil. Place in oven and bake 15 minutes so juices can redistribute into meat. Remove toothpicks, cut and serve.
