On Tap Oil & Vinegar Caprese Salad with Cilantro Pesto and Lavender Balsamic

Place all pesto ingredients into blender or food processor. Pulse until no large chunks remain and sauce is puréed. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Arrange tomato slices, mozzarella, and basil on a plate. Drizzle with Cilantro Pesto and Lavender Balsamic.
