Balsamic Glazed Meatloaf

On Tap Oil & Vinegar Balsamic Glazed Meatloaf with Garlic Olive Oil & Neapolitan Balsamic

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In large bowl add breadcrumbs and pour milk directly over them. Add meat, 1 Tbsp ketchup, 1 Tbsp Neapolitan Balsamic, nutmeg, pepper, oil, salt, and onion powder. Set aside.

In small bowl, crack egg and beat slightly. Add egg to meat mixture. Mix well with hands, do not overwork.

Form into loaf shape then transfer to roasting pan, adjusting shape if necessary. If loaf has cracks, run hands under warm water and smooth meat. Set aside.

In small bowl combine 2 Tbsp ketchup, 1 Tbsp Neapolitan Balsamic, and brown sugar. Mix well with fork and apply glaze evenly on top of meatloaf.

Cover pan with aluminum foil. Place in oven and bake 35-40 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to rest uncovered 10 minutes. Slice and serve with your favorite sides!
