Balsamic Cured Beef Jerky

On Tap Oil & Vinegar Balsamic Cured Beef Jerky
with Traditional Balsamic or Elderberry Balsamic

Directions:

Place beef strips in bottom of large bowl. Add soy sauce, balsamic, liquid smoke, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red chili flakes (if using).

Mix to evenly coat meat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, 8 hours or overnight.

Remove meat from bowl and arrange strips on tray of dehydrator. Dry at highest setting until done to your liking, at least 4 hours. Store in airtight container or resealable bags.
