Produced from organically grown grapes in Modena, Italy, this zippy, bright balsamic vinegar is free of artificial or chemical fertilizers. This vinegar is extremely versatile with an extra touch of tartness. It is aged using the Solera method for up to 12 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels. No artificial flavorings, sweeteners, preservatives or gluten have been added. All sulphites are naturally occurring.
